2. Return Window
Our return period is:
- 30 days after the delivery date
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (unless defective)
Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or product safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care electronics
- Health & wellness items
- Food-contact items that have been used (e.g., kitchenware used with food)
- Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us
- Clearance or final-sale items

4. Return Process
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email us with your order number, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue.
Step 2 — Return Approval
Our team will evaluate your request and provide:
- Return authorization
- Return instructions
- Warehouse address (depending on item type and location)
Step 3 — Ship the Item
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Step 4 — Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process:
- Refund to your original payment method, or
- Replacement shipment
Processing time:
- Refund: 3–7 business days
- Replacement: 2–5 business days to ship
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
We cannot refund to a different card or payment account.
Refunds are processed after:
- The returned item is received and inspected, or
- The return request is approved (for defective items)
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
6. Order Cancellations
