Shipping fees are Free on all orders;

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number and tracking link

You can also track your order anytime via our Order Tracking page using:

  • Order number
  • Email used at checkout

If the customer checked out as a guest, tracking is still available through the tracking link.


5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order.

  • COSYLIA is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, customers may be responsible for:
    • Re-shipping fees
    • Additional handling charges

If your package shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier first, then contact our support team for assistance.

8. Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
